Prior to joining CenterPoint Aviation Law, Stefanie practiced transactional aviation law at a large law firm.
Stefanie is an experienced transactional aviation attorney, advising domestic and international clients regarding the purchase, sale, lease, ownership and operation of aircraft. Stefanie specializes in drafting and negotiating letters of intent/offer letters, aircraft purchase agreements and leases. She is also experienced with negotiating and documenting financial arrangements for aircraft owners. Stefanie provides comprehensive counsel to clients on aviation matters including compliance with Part 91 and Part 135 of Federal Aviation Regulations; aircraft registration on the FAA Registry, Cape Town International Registry, and foreign registries; risk management; insurance; charter and aircraft management agreements; aircraft sharing arrangements and corporate structuring.
Stefanie earned a J.D. from the University of Saskatchewan and a B.A. from the University of Calgary in Canada. She is a member of the National Business Aviation Association, Pacific Northwest Business Aviation Association, and the aviation section of the King County Bar Association.
